Declaration by Richard Colelough of Newcastell, Richard Colelough of Swynarton, John Bydell of Kele, gentleman, Thomas Wod, son of John a Wodde, John a Bromley of Wodhousen, and John Heth of [. . .] Swarton, at the desire of Humphrey Boughey, that at the time of the feoffment and livery of seisin made by John a Boughey the Elder, great, grandfather of Humphrey, to Robert Boughey and Elizabeth his wife, father and mother of Humphrey, of 2 mese-places, 3 plough hands, and 40s. rent in Bukkenale; William Trubshawe, then dwelling in one of the said mese-places. voided and all his "household meyne out of his howse" and a little while after openly returned by a penny to the said Robert and Elizabeth.
